Terms of Service

TraderPost helps collectors find each other and arrange trades. You can track the cards you own, list cards for trade, see what other collectors have, message them, send offers, and compare what each side is worth.

TraderPost does not sell cards, buy cards, process payments, or ship anything. Every trade is an agreement between you and the other collector.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use TraderPost with a parent or guardian’s permission.

Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

One person, one account. Do not create an account to evade a block or a suspension.

We are not a party to your trades. We do not take custody of cards, verify that anyone owns what they list, grade or authenticate anything, or guarantee that a trade will happen.

Meeting in person carries risk. Choose a public place, inspect cards before you hand yours over, and use your judgement.

If a trade goes wrong, you can rate and report the other collector, and we may act on that. We cannot recover your cards or compensate you.

Market values come from third-party card data and are shown to help you compare two sides of a trade. They are estimates, they lag the real market, and they take no account of condition, grading, or what a card is worth to you.

The fairness indicator is arithmetic on those estimates. It is not advice, and a trade it calls fair may still be a bad idea.

Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other collectors.

Do not list cards you do not have, misrepresent condition, or use the app to defraud anyone.

Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, or sexual, and do not upload photos that are not yours to share.

Do not scrape the service, automate it, or try to break it.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where it is reasonable we will tell you why.

What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it so the app can work: showing your listing to nearby collectors, delivering your message to its recipient.

You are responsible for what you post, and for having the right to post it.

We are early. Features will be added, altered, and removed, and the app may be unavailable at times.

TraderPost is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, including trades that go badly.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and ask you to agree again in the app.
